25th Anniversary Reunion Show December 31st, New Years Eve, 2012 Portland, Oregon Marriott Grand Ballroom on the Waterfront New Years Eve Show! " The Dan Reed Network will be playing one exclusive reunion performance at the Marriott Grand Ballroom on New Year's Eve in Portland, Oregon, December 31st, 2012, to commemorate 25 years since filming their very first video 'Ritual' in Portland and signing their recording deal with Polygram Records in 1988. The band is very much looking forward to reuniting and celebrating that indeed the Mayan predictions regarding 2012 were about an energy shift in consciousness and not some foreboding doomsday prediction. The world and it's inhabitants face many challenges in the days ahead and DRN wishes to bring in the new year with positive energy and revisiting the themes and intentions they collectively and individually have been promoting for over 25 years. They are very much looking forward to returning their home of Portland and rocking the dance floor as the world moves in to 2013! Hit Machine celebrates it's 10 year anniversary this New Years Eve! Created by frontman Bart Hafeman, this 5 piece band is a northwest party favorite playing all the best dance tunes from the 70's & 80's through today with an infectious energy! Hit Machine has been the guest of many prominent northwest events including headlining Hood to Coast 2010-2012 in Seaside, headlining the Fort Vancouver Fireworks 2011-2012, playing many Blazer Playoff games down at the Rose Garden and opening for REO Speedwagon. Additionally, Bart Hafeman releases his solo cd of original material this December entitled, "Zero Gravity". |
